Providing services in Criminal Law, Family Law, and more to the Greater Evansville and Southern Indiana community, Schnepper has been practicing for nearly to 15 years. The majority of his work stemmed from being lead trial attorney at the Vanderburgh County Deputy Prosecutor from 2001-2004. He founded Schnepper Law Office, P.C.in 2004 and has been defending the rights of his clients ever since.
Schnepper has extensive criminal and family law trial experience, everything from simple traffic violations to high profile murder cases; as well as being one of only a handful of Indiana attorneys qualified to be lead counsel in Death Penalty cases.
When asked why he decided to become an attorney, Schnepper's answer was clear.
"I challenge you to find a more hard working, motivated, aggressive attorney that will fight to correct the wrongs that the system somehow gets away with," said Schnepper.
"I was raised as a Farmer and have brought that idealism of hard work, respect for others and accountability into my practice. I stood by helplessly as a teenager and watched numerous "attorneys" ruin peoples lives by proceeding to foreclose on farm land, homes and equipment only to line their own pocket by ruining others lives," Schnepper said.
"It was at my own parents farm auction that I decided to go to law school and do whatever I could to put a stop to injustice. Law and Fairness is my passion!"
